The Neve Ziviya Yeshiva High School is located in Nachliel, a remote village in the beautiful Binyamin hills. Our students are an important part of the community, and their sense of belonging is one of the secrets of the school’s success.
The school program is based on five core educational goals:
Participatory torah study and observance of mitzvot.
Development of academic, life and vocational skills tailored to each student’s needs and abilities
Integration with and responsibility to a community
Professional, attentive supervision, mentoring and guidance.
Preparation for real life – developing crucial family and social skills.
The school offers academic and vocational tracks, with courses in
math and sciences as well as computer programming and technology, mechanics, carpentry and agriculture. Many students complete matriculation exams.
Through close mentoring relationships with local tradesmen and professionals, students gain self-confidence, learn skills and come to rely on their own ability to succeed.
In the words of Mrs. A., Daniel’s mother: “Neve Ziviya saved my son. He felt that he had no place in the world. The yeshiva built him up again. The relaxed, comfortable, low-pressure environment lets the students discover their own personalities and gain confidence in their abilities. They develop a strong sense of belonging to an exemplary society. Neve Ziviya has given our son the opportunity and confidence to express himself without frustration.”
